Your convention or show is using Midsummer Convention Manager to handle registrations, scheduling, and communications.
What This Means
- Emails you receive come directly from your convention's own instance of Midsummer.
- Midsummer is a convention management platform used by events worldwide.
- E-mails sent from Midsummer Convention Manager will come from postmaster@mail.midsummer.cloud unless your Convention or Show has setup custom e-mail domains.
- Midsummer e-mails will never ask for your personal details or passwords. If you believe that a show or convention is using Midsummer inappropriately, or you have a question about an e-mail you have received, reach out to us at support@midsummer.cloud
- For questions about your registration or the event, please contact your convention directly, as Midsummer support cannot help with these requests.
